How does a flower subscription work?

Once you choose the budget of the flower arrangements, the delivery frequency, and select the first delivery date, you will be added to our subscription program that will continue delivering flower arrangements based on the options selected. Our florists will create a new fresh design every order. You will be billed 5 days before each delivery date. If you ever need to change, pause or cancel the subscription, you can do so anytime by contacting our shop. If you have any specific questions, feel free to call us to discuss! We have many happy clients with our subscription services.

What will the flowers look like?

The subscription choices above are Designer's Choice arrangements, which leaves the design up to our florists. The price-point chosen includes the cost of the vase and the flowers. If you prefer a certain look, please contact our shop directly.

Can I request a certain style for the flowers?

If you have a preference (e.g., tall design, compact design, flower preferences and flower no-no's) please contact our shop directly for a team member to set up your custom service.

How long do flowers last?

Depending on how the flowers are taken care of, they can last between 3-5 days. We deliver our arrangements with these care instructions:

  • Top off the water in vase immediately after delivery

  • Change the water every other day with cold water

  • Eventually, remove any wilted flowers as they could spread bacteria to other flowers

  • Display in colder rooms, without direct sun or drafts and away from produce

When do the flowers get delivered?

You will select the date of your first delivery at checkout and depending on which frequency you choose (either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) we will continue delivering based on that first delivery date. For example, if the first delivery date chosen is on a Thursday, we will continue delivering every Thursday if the weekly frequency was selected. If the 5th of the month was chosen, we will continue delivering every 5th of each month if the monthly frequency was selected.

If I am gifting a flower subscription, can I include a card message with the flowers?

Absolutely! If you set up the subscription on our website, you will be asked for a card message at checkout. This card message will be included with every delivery. If you would like the card message to change every delivery, please contact our shop directly to update the messages before the delivery date.

Can the flowers be delivered monthly by day of the week?

Yes, if you would like deliveries on the first Monday of the month, for example, you can contact our shop directly to set up your custom delivery date.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed for each order 5 days before the delivery date chosen (either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can contact us any time to make changes!

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! Contact us to let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?
