3. Terms & Conditions

1. Flowers: The price-point chosen includes fresh flowers arranged in a vase. Flower design is chosen by our talented florists. If you are interested in a customized flower subscription or have specific requests, please contact our shop directly to set up your service.
2. Delivery: The first delivery will be made on the date selected at checkout and will continue to be delivered at the subscription frequency chosen. If there is an issue with an upcoming delivery date, we will confirm a different delivery date. Include any delivery instructions in the "Notes for the florist" section at the end of checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
3. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis per order and billed 5 days before the delivery date, as specified during sign-up. If there is an issue with your payment, we will reach out to fix immediately, as payments must be made before delivery.
4. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please contact our shop directly.
5. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. If the cancellation is requested after the payment has gone through, we will refund the charge for the delivery not made.
