Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At Anthony’s Flowers, each arrangement is made to order and delivered with care throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to availability but typically 1pm PST.
While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure all recipient and address information is accurate at checkout. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a secure location, with a front desk/receptionist, or contact the recipient directly.
Once delivered to the address provided, Anthony’s Flowers is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, or delays caused by building access restrictions, traffic, or holiday volume.
Any delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims for fresh flower arrangements must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a high-resolution photograph of the arrangement at all angles to help our quality control team understand the issue. Credits and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis.
